Train to Change Lives

(Including Your Own)

Become a KarmaMind Anxiety Disorder Recovery Coach & Mentor

Anxiety disorders affect millions — yet truly compassionate, recovery-focused treatments are rare, in fact, we know that true recovery is only evident in our approach.

Please just 'suspend disbelief' for now and you will see that what we do and achieve is monumentally different to all other approaches.

At KarmaMind, we train people to become skilled, ethical, and deeply human recovery coaches and mentors who help others move from anxiety-driven survival, obsessions, compulsions, panic, eating disorders and self-harm to calm, empowered living.

This is not about “fixing” people.

It’s about guiding people to FULL recovery with understanding, structure, and support.

Whether you’re driven by lived experience, a desire to help others, or a calling toward meaningful work — this training will bring you more fulfilment than any other treatment option.

Train with purpose. Support real recovery. Be part of a global change.

Why Anxiety Recovery Needs a New Approach

Anxiety isn’t a weakness — it’s a body and mind stuck in survival

Traditional approaches:

  • Focus only on symptoms

  • Over-pathologise normal human responses

  • Ignore the endocrinology of anxiety conditions
  • Ignore emotional, behavioural, and relational patterns

  • Leave people feeling “managed,” not recovered

KarmaMind’s approach is different.

We train coaches and mentors to:

  • Understand anxiety disorders as the endocrine disorders they are

  • Work compassionately with evidence-based psycho-education

  • Support long-term physical and endocrine recalibration

  • Empower clients toward confidence, autonomy, and resilience - FOR LIFE

This is recovery-focused, trauma-aware, and deeply scientific work — and it works - without fail.

Who This Training Is For

You don’t need to be “perfect” — you need to be committed

This training is ideal if you:

  • Have lived experience of anxiety or recovery

  • Are already in a helping role (coach, therapist, mentor, support worker) - but not essential

  • Feel called to meaningful, people-centred work

  • Want skills that actually help people really change

  • Believe compassion is as important as technique

  • Want to use science-based recovery methods to save and change lives

You do not need:

  • A psychology degree

  • Counselling training
  • To have “no anxiety left”

  • To be an expert already

You do need:

  • Emotional maturity

  • Willingness to learn

  • Respect for boundaries and ethics

  • A genuine desire to help others recover

What You’ll Learn & Experience

Practical skills. Deep understanding. Real confidence.

Our training blends 30 years of research and recovery delivery, science, and personal insight.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Understand different anxiety disorders and recovery pathways

  • Remove with avoidance, panic, intrusive thoughts, eating disorder, phobias and safety-seeking behaviours

  • Support nervous system regulation and endocrine recalibration

  • Coach without rescuing, fixing, or creating dependency

  • Hold safe, boundaried, and empowering mentoring relationships

  • Integrate recovery tools into real-world life situations

You’ll also experience:

  • Guided self-reflection and growth

  • Supervised learning and feedback

  • A supportive training community

  • Alignment with KarmaMind’s ethical framework and values

This is training you can feel confident using — not theory-based practices that can't work.

What It Means to Be a KarmaMind Coach or Mentor

You don’t just get trained — you become part of something bigger - GLOBAL IN FACT

As a KarmaMind Anxiety Disorder Recovery Coach or Mentor, you represent:

  • Compassion over judgement

  • Science over theory
  • Recovery over symptom management

  • Empowerment over dependency

  • Humanity over profiteering

Depending on your pathway, opportunities may include:

  • Supporting clients within KarmaMind programmes

  • Running or assisting recovery groups

  • Offering 1-to-1 coaching or mentoring

  • Building meaningful, flexible work aligned with your values whilst earning what you deserve and earning a reputation as a 'life saver/changer'

Most importantly, you’ll be doing work that matters — supporting people at one of the most vulnerable points in their lives.

Your Next Step — Training With Purpose

If this speaks to you, it’s not by accident

Many of our coaches and mentors once stood exactly where you are now — curious, hopeful, and looking for a way to turn compassion into action.

That's why we created this training - 30 years of experience told us that changing lives is the calling of every person who has had personal experience of an anxiety disorder - even when it's a loved one who has suffered.

Training with KarmaMind is not about becoming someone else.

It’s about using who you already are — with skill, structure, and support.

"“I honestly didn’t believe full recovery from anxiety was possible anymore — I thought I’d be managing it for life. From the very first weeks of Anxiety Recovery Coaching, that belief began to fall apart. This wasn’t surface-level reassurance or coping strategies; it was a clear, scientific process that finally made sense of what my nervous system was doing and how to restore balance. Having constant access to professional support and the recovery community meant I was never alone in the process. Today, my anxiety is gone, not managed — my body and mind feel stable, calm, and whole again. I have my life back.”"
