Hi! Let me just run a little anxiety disorder logic past you

I know that as a sufferer, you are going to say...
How in hell's name did I miss that?

Questions...

  1. How long have you suffered?
  2. How many treatments have you tried?
  3. Have those treatments 'worked'? By 'worked', I mean, are you completely disorder free now?
  4. Have you been diagnosed with anxiety or anxiety with depression?
  5. Have you been prescribed antidepressants?
  6. How many other people do you know that still suffer?
  7. How many treatments have they tried?
  8. Have you noticed that, especially on social media, there are many discussions resources for anxiety related conditions?
  9. Have you noticed that anxiety suffering has increased? Globally.
  10. Have you been told that anxiety conditions cannot be cured?
  11. Do you have OCD? Intrusive thoughts?
  12. Do you have panic attacks? You know how they feel, but do you know what they are? (They are necessary.)
  13. Have you tried alternative therapies and been told you have adrenal exhaustion, ME or CFS?
  14. Do you wonder why despite seeing people who have recovered, people are told that they can't.
  15. Do you understand that anxiety is a disorder, not an emotion.
  16. Do you know that anxiety and fear are not the same thing?
  17. Have you been told that anxiety is necessary, therefore recovery from it is impossible?
  18. Do you have phobias, obsessions, compulsions, eating issues or self-harm compulsions?
  19. Have you noticed that charities for anxiety and OCD are run by people with anxiety and OCD and have anxiety and OCD 'experts' as patrons? How do these people still suffer if theoir patrons are experts and why don't these charities spend money raised on providing solutions?


OK... enough of those questions... now for the science.

  1. Time suffered is only due to one factor... not receiving the correct instruction for recovery.
  2. Treatments are like buses... many pass us by... but only one will take us to the correct destination.
  3. Recovery means total and full removal of disorder... not coping. Not managing. TOTAL removal.
  4. Anxiety is extreme emotional response. Depression prevents emotional response. You can't have both. This is medical fact.
  5. Antidepressants do not, cannot and won't ever treat anxiety. They are therapeutically redundant. Ask any psychophysiologist.
  6. 33% of all people suffer from anxiety conditions. It is evident that in 2020, that increased to  50% or more.
  7. Most people try everthing the doctor can refer them to... I suspect that's your experience too.
  8. The reason social media and the real world is filled with anxiety sufferers is because there is no efficacy in the treatments they receive.
  9. Anxiety disorder is the most influential health-related threat to world economies and families. Because treatments fail, anxiety conditions can last decades and destroy lives, work, education and more.
  10. Anxiety is a disorder and as such, it can be cured, BUT, not by commonly used therapies and drugs... as is blatantly clear. You know it, I know it and every sufferer on earth knows it. Even the practitioners know it.
  11. All anxiety is OCD. All anxiety conditions are manifestations of OCD.
  12. Panic attacks are neither panic (loss of control), nor are you being attacked. They serve a necessary purpose... but know one will have told you that.
  13. 27,000 plus clinical trials have been carried out on natural remedies with 0% evidence that they produce any therapeutic results in humans. Don't listen to homeopaths... they talk absolute garbage. Your adrenal glands cannot be 'exhausted'.
  14. People are told recovery is impossible in order to manage the expectation that you may have to personally or through tax payer's money, fill therapists pockets for years.
  15. Anxiety is unnecessary, it is avoidable, it is curable and it is a disorder. No one need experience anxiety.
  16. People interchange anxiety and fear as words of the same meaning... start to use them correctly and you will start to understand... use fearful instead of anxious.
  17. Anxiety is preset into disordered emotions. That's why it activates on waking. That's why it can wake you in the night. That's why it's a constant.
  18. All phobias, obsessions, compulsions, eating issues, self-harming, panic attacks, respiratory issues, cardiac symptoms... everything you experience in fact... is quickly and fully curable.
  19. So many charities and other organizations have been set up to address the conditions. They raise money and the owners live lavish lives, go on charity holidays and 'jollies' and yet they still suffer and rely on their members' suffering in order to mainatin their business models. They have never cured a single person... so why do they exist and why do the media always refer people to such nonsensical, useless organizations?

Not once have I ever been bamboozled by a psychologist, psychiatrist or medic sent to undermine me.

I have never deviated from the facts - I have never failed to cure an anxiety disorder sufferer.
