Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Phobias, OCD, Pure O, agoraphobia, monophobia, PTSD, eating disorder, health anxiety, meet-phobia, fear of dying, fear of passing out...
It is vital that you understand why nothing you have tried previously COULD HAVE worked - YOU are not to blame. Anxiety and faulty treatments are to blame.
My name is Charles. I am director of LTE, an ex sufferer, an educator, author and program developer.
Like you, I once suffered from disordered fear.
I will totally prove to you that your disorder is NOT what you have probably been told and that you can be disorder free quickly, with no need for therapy, drugs or any there such intervention.
And the most vital factors are... it's cheap, fast, you can do it from home and it makes TOTAL sense.
Let me explain...
Anxiety is disordered fear and its manifestations include panic, obsessions, compulsions, overthinking and a myriad of other physical and mental experiences - BUT consider this for a moment... imagine if there's nothing wrong with your emotions, that you do not have a chemical imbalance, that you do not have depression... that there's actually NOTHING WRONG!
Let me explain.
I know that you have probably been told that you have anxiety, phobias, obsessions, compulsions or even depression. I know because I was too.
I also know that you have probably been prescribed antidepressants, sedatives or other medication designed to subdue your condition. I was!
I also know that you have probably endured emotional symptoms including racing thoughts, intrusive thoughts, obsessive and often alarming thoughts. They plagued me for the first 26 years of my life.
You have probably endured a myriad of physical symptoms related to your heart, digestion and breathing.
I am also certain that you have been told that it all requires medication, relaxation and/or therapy.
You may have been told that you will have to cope with your condition or even that you are 'therapy resistant'.
I will prove to you that you don't have to suffer and that your anxiety condition can, and will be, removed fast.
Threat perception disorder is when you see and experience threat or worry when it is inappropriate or unnecessary.
I know that for most of your waking day and maybe through the night, you feel frightened but don't know why.
The list could go on; but, what is clear is that people with Threat Perception Disorder experience a constant state of fear, worry and over-thinking.
Despite how you feel or the symptoms and thoughts you experience, there is NOTHING wrong with your emotions.
You are not ill. Neither mentally nor physically. You do not have a chemical imbalance. You aren't having a nervous breakdown. You do not have adrenal exhaustion.
This will be a difficult 'pill to swallow'... but it's 100% true...
Your emotions are doing exactly what they are being told to do and they are doing it effectively and in 'wellness'.
The problem isn't with your fear or emotions... it lies in the way your senses detect threats and activates fear.
So, your eyes, nose, ears, mouth and skin are sending information to your mind and your mind immediately 'assumes the worst... it then activates fear when it is not needed.
The fear itself is doing what fear does - it release adrenalin, makes your heart race etc.
Does this make sense?
This means that:
Psychology and psychiatry are theory based and make massive assumptions about you, your symptoms and your recovery.
They are NOT science. They are NOT trialled or tested for recovery effectiveness. They are NOT 'treatments'.
The testing they carried out on talking therapies and associated tools is based on attendance - this means that the evidence for their use is based on whether or not you turn up for the sessions BUT NOT on whether it helped you to recover.
Treatments SHOULD create recovery... otherwise they're not treatments.
When you have a talking therapy or when a therapists uses hypnosis, tapping or any other technique with you, it is a case of 'trial and error' - you are a test case... a guinea pig if you like.
Nothing you receive is a tested treatment for your condition - which is why it didn't work. It all ignores science and has never been proven as a solution.
I know this is hard to believe, especially when these practices are recommended by doctors, carried out in surgeries and seem to be so legitimate.
Patients eventually become the scape goat... when it all fails, they are told that they are 'treatment resistant' and incurable... but that's simply not true.
A psychologist once stated to us that "if the only tool you have is a hammer, you have to treat everything as if it were a nail".
What does that mean?
It means that when psychology only has talking therapies, hypnosis and associated tools... they have to use them for every case in the same way, regardless of whether they work or not.
