Rachel Wood RGN MSc TLM Director of Education  

Rachel is an accomplished facilitator and worked for many years as an education lead with The Royal College of Nursing.  Working in the NHS for over 15 years, Rachel developed a keen interest in organisational culture and studied this at master’s level, publishing a paper on culture in the health care sector.  Rachel understands firsthand the importance of health and wellbeing in the workplace.  Having recovered from debilitating anxiety and work-related trauma, Rachel is committed to the development of a culture of psychological safety and wellbeing. 

Ben Tams MA Director of Programmes 

A qualified counsellor, Ben has been coaching on emotional health since 2018. He previously worked on UN-funded projects across Asia, where his MA thesis focussed on government action plans for health and development in nine countries. As a Project Manager at the University of Oxford, he has received an award for excellence in administration and also served as a wellbeing champion. With strategies for wellbeing developed from lived  experience and as a counsellor, his passion is to make these widely accessible to all.
